Waterstones, the sort of British version of Barnes & Noble (without the Nook) and previously part of the HMV group came up with a pretty instant response to Amazon‘s PrimeAir yesterday which is to be applauded. That’s the response time of course!
The “Ornithological Waterstones Landing Service (O.W.L.S.) delivery option they are planning gets less plaudits and quite frankly is simply a joke.
